A simple prediction for tomorrow

After overcoming my near-death man flu experience, I felt excellent today for the first time in a week. What did I do with this new-found energy boost? I kicked my own ass in gym — and then planned for touch rugby this evening. And what does this mean? It means that a picture and a gif will perfectly describe me tomorrow:

  1. And…how are you feeling today?
    I also pushed past my normal limits at the gym yesterday (some may scoff but that was the most intense 22 minutes of my life, it feels!)
    Tonight I will push for 30 minutes. This desperately unfit, overweight body needs it. Reading your blogs about your training and seeing the pics of the advances you have made makes it easier for me – because relatable.
